In an assessment based on user data from digital health platform Heltia, 65.8% of analysed employees state that they struggle with their relationship with themselves.

This figure reaches 72.2% in the 18-24 age group.

The research reveals that employee experience is linked not only to workload and career planning, but also to social relationships and individual living conditions.

Radar's take: In corporate culture and employer branding communications, the evolving needs of employees across different life stages are gaining greater importance. The findings are based on Heltia's user data and should not be viewed as a nationally representative measurement of all employees in Türkiye.
